At 2pm of the 20th of March 2015, La Rosa Verde Citizens’ Initiative on the regulation of the associations of cannabis consumers was presented to the Parliament of Catalonia.
The Initiative (ILP) integrates the proposals of the civil society and the resolutions of the health commission of the parliament of Catalonia of the 29th of January 2015, and also of the two federations of cannabis associations and established members of the scientific community in order to help resolve the problems faced by cannabis consumers and government.
The Civil Observatory on Drug Policy offered their greatest support in getting the 50.000 necessary signatures by the legal deadline which was of four months, in order to finally have the Legislative proposal approved in Parliament.
