The Law for the associations of cannabis consumers has been published in the Official Journal of the Catalan Parliament, the 5th of July, 2017.
The Law is applicable the day after its publication in the official journal of the Generalitat of Catalonia (next week) and the associations have 1 year to adapt to the new Law.
