The Health Commission of the Parliament of Catalonia has approved the Law proposal for the associations of Cannabis consumers, to be voted in plenary session on the 28th of June, 2017.
The approved opinion explicitly recognizes the right to free development of the personality for cannabis users and regulates the activity of associations and their clubs, as well as the rights and obligations of their members.
